NVIDIA Direct3D SDK is a collection of DirectX 11 code samples which compliments the latest line of NVIDIA GPU products and graphics adapters.

Full-screen mode means the window that the application runs in covers the entire desktop, hiding all running applications (including your development environment).
The SDK includes a number of interesting samples of how to create 3D graphics with Microsoft DirectX 11 including motion blurs, anti-aliasing, FXAA, shadows, filters, etc. NVIDIA Direct3D also includes ocean rendering.
The DirectX 9.0c runtime cannot be uninstalled. We recommend Windows Me and Windows XP users turn on a 'System Restore' point before installing. NVIDIA Direct3D SDK on 32-bit and 64-bit PCs
This download is licensed as freeware for the Windows (32-bit and 64-bit) operating system on a laptop or desktop PC from programming software without restrictions. NVIDIA Direct3D SDK 11.0.328.2105 is available to all software users as a free download for Windows 10 PCs but also without a hitch on Windows 7 and Windows 8.
Compatibility with this software may vary, but will generally run fine under Microsoft Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows XP on either a 32-bit or 64-bit setup. A separate x64 version of NVIDIA Direct3D SDK may be available from Nvidia.

DirectX 9.0c includes support for Pixel Shader and Vertex Shader 3.0, along with many new features across all technologies, which can be accessed by applications using DirectX.
DirectX 9 Features include:

Windows 7 comes with a newer version of DirectX but is fully compatible with all of the new features of DirectX 9.0c. Additionally, in order to take advantage of the features of DirectX, you must ensure that you have installed a DirectX compliant video card.
If you're wanting an even newer version, DirectX 10 is also available. This version is the download of the redistributable version. That means it may be included in software packages or just simply used freely by anyone wishing to update their DirectX version on Windows XP or Windows 7 (32-bit).
This package contains the DirectX 9.0c installer for Windows XP, the installer for Windows 7 and is compatible with the DirectX 9 redistributable from February 2010 and June 2010. This web installer package works with DirectX 9 graphics devices with WDDM 1.0 or higher drivers. In case you run into issues when installing this package, you may have an older video card that is not compatible with DirectX 9.0c.

Please note: If you are using Windows 7 and a game or other programs requires you to have DirectX 9.0c compatible video or audio driver installed, you should check to see whether there is a patch available for the game or program you have installed. In some cases, simply installing updated drivers for your video or audio card solves the problem. If updating drivers doesn't help, running the program in compatibility mode may.
